Scholarship & Study Grants
This programme is aimed at deepening the students’ overall understanding of Islam within historical and modern contexts while providing an opportunity to study Quran, Hadith and other Islamic texts extensively. Alternatively, the course would suit those students whose first degree is not in Islamic Studies and are seeking to broaden their understanding of Islam.
This program is structured to meet the needs of those who are looking for employment in the field of law and require expertise in Islamic law and its related branches as well as those who seek to carry on their studies to the PhD level and to become future lecturers or practitioners in the field.

Scholarship & Study Grants
In this programme, students will engage in an in-depth study of the Qur’an, the Muslims’ divine scripture, utilising different exegetical methods.
Qur’anic exegesis provides the knowledge as well as the tool to understand the meaning of each word and phrase and become familiar with the underlying meaning of the text. Scholarship & Study Grants
In this educational Programme, the transmission of philosophical ideas from non-Islamic cultures to the Muslim centres of learning and the impact of Islamic thought and Muslim philosophers on the subsequent development of philosophy on a global scale will be studied.
The Programme is open to people of all faiths. Applicants should hold an honours degree in Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Studies or related fields. Consideration is also given to other qualifications, including non-formal qualifications, on an individual basis.
Mature students, with appropriate backgrounds, are also welcome to the course.
