Workshops on Recitation of the Holy Qur’an

Register

Recitation of the Holy Qur’an is highly recommended by Allah (SWT) and His Holy Prophet Muhammad (S).

Allah (SWT) says in Surah al-Muzzammil:

وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْءانَ تَرْتِيلاً

And recite the Qur’an clearly (with correct pronunciation of letters and applying the rules of stopping including distinct and organised melodies) (73:4).

The Prophet Muhammad (S) says:

أَفْضَلُ الْعِبَادَةِ قِرَائَةُ الْقُرْءَانِ

The Greatest ritual worship is the recitation of The Holy Qur’an. (Majmaʿ al-Bayān, vol. 1, p. 15)

Since all Muslims value the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, we are blessed to offer this series of workshops to serve those who love the Qur’an.

  • Level 1: Tajwīd and rules of recitation
  • Level 2: Voice and tune in the recitation of the Holy Qur’an (Prerequisite: Knowledge of Level 1)
  • Level 3: Different narrations in the recitation of the Holy Qur’an (Prerequisite: Knowledge of Levels 1 & 2)

These three different workshops will give you overall knowledge of correct and certified recitation.

It is highly recommended to attend all three workshops to be able to recite the Holy Qur’an as nicely as possible.
